Fulshear Ballet & Pilates offer the authentic Pilates method in its complete and original form as it was intended by its founders Joseph and Clara Pilates. You will learn the various apparatus and the more well known mat exercises in a fully functioning system. Our apparatus is Gratz Industries, who have been producing and manufacturing for the Pilates method since its origin in the United States.

Teachers have endured hundreds of hours in intensive training, apprenticeships, and continued educational training to become a qualified instructor.

 

Our program requires students to progress and show knowledge base for approval to join semi private classes and mat classes. This ensures the quality and safety of every student, as well as class progression.

 

You will know your program and modifications in working system that you can take anywhere. It's application reaches far beyond Pilates as an exercise form itself which is why it has the reputation it does as cross training program for dancers, athletes of all kind, musicians, and celebrities.
